چکیده
Background: Multiple sclerosis disease (MS) is progressing, especially in women. The present study aimed to determine the effect of eight weeks resistance training with two types linear and nonlinear periodized on muscle strength, fatigue, quality life women MS. Materials Methods: A total 19 patients MS were selected randomly assigned three groups: (NLP) (n=6), (LP) (n=5), control (n=8). Both exercise groups performed exercises sessions a week for 30-45 minutes per session, an intensity 30%-70% maximum repetition weeks. group used loading pattern week. In contrast, experienced different intensities from fourth onwards. Two days before after protocol, strength was measured indirectly. Moreover, fatigue evaluated 5-item Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS-5) 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). results analyzed SPSS software (version 21) using analysis covariance model Fisher's least significant difference (LSD) post hoc test. Results: Based results, LP NLP led marked increase muscular )P<0.001) decrease )P=0.020) patients. Nonetheless, no observed between research )P=0/092). There differences factors, except leg press )P<0/001). Conclusion: As evidenced by obtained both models increased reduced fatigue. Nevertheless, greater improvement aforementioned factors.
